SimFi University campus

We don't teach trading.
We train it.

The SimFi Instructional Model turns reps into skill. Train free in the simulator, earn your Score, and earn your place on the floor.

The Method

Trained, not taught. One rep at a time.

Every school you have ever attended measured the same thing: what you consumed. Videos watched. Chapters read. Courses marked “complete.” None of it asked the only question a high-stakes craft cares about.

Can you do it when the screen turns red?

Every serious craft already solved this, and not by lecturing. Pilots don't study their way into a cockpit — they train, in stages, in a simulator, where the pressure is real and the cost is not. We built that for the market and call it THE Flight School: the path that carries you from your first briefing to cleared.

And it runs on one unit: the rep, the engine the whole Flight School is built to drive.

You do not finish a module here.
You run reps until the skill is yours.

And every rep leaves a mark on your SimFi Trader Score.

Recon

Read the setup. Commit a plan before the outcome is known.

Execute

Run it under real pressure. Intent meets action.

Prove

Review the tape. Judge the process, not the result.

Restricted

The behavior feeds your number. Then you go again.

We call it the REPS loop. It is the atom of every lesson, every session, every course.

The Evidence

This is how every real skill is built.

No one learns to fly by reading about flight. No surgeon trains on a patient first. You get good by doing the thing — under pressure, reviewed, and run again.

Information was never the missing piece.
Reps were.

The internet drowns in information, and 70 to 90% of retail traders still lose. Because knowing isn't doing. Put real money on the line and the body overrides the mind — the rule you knew cold breaks the instant it costs you. The fix was never another lesson. It was reps, staged into a real apprenticeship, run until the habit holds.

This isn't our theory — it's the field's. Deliberate practice (Ericsson, 1993; Kolb, 1984), mastery-based staging (Bloom, 1968), the physiology of risk under pressure (Coates & Herbert, 2008): the proven backbone behind THE Flight School.

The Simulator

A flight simulator for the market.

Pilots log a thousand hours in a simulator before they carry a soul — live conditions, real pressure, none of the wreckage. We built the same machine for the market — the cockpit of THE Flight School.

Here you run your first thousand reps before you ever wire a dollar to a broker — and you learn what no one tells you first: who actually sits across your trade, how the price is really made, what the spread quietly takes.

The eyes open before the money moves. Instruments read every decision the moment you make it, so each rep is measured as it happens.

  • The stakes feel real.
  • The capital is simulated.
  • The lessons are permanent.

The SimFi™ Trader Score

A credit score for how you trade.

Trading could never tell skill from luck — they look the same on a screen. The SimFi Trader Score takes them apart: one number, 0 to 1000, built from how you actually operate — how you protect capital, how cleanly you execute, how you hold when it turns against you. The FICO of trader skill.

It doesn't just grade you. It points.

The Orb maps eight behavioral axes, and your lowest axis names the exact rep to run next.

The SimFi™ Trader Score

Independent — owned by no one with a thumb on the scale. Portable — it travels with you for a career. The first honest measure of how you trade, and the standard the industry has never had.

Rep feeds the Score. The Score finds the weakness. The next rep lands sharper.

That loop is why skill compounds here — the engine driving you up the arc, and why you learn faster than the market will ever teach you.

The Standing

A discipline serious people can stand behind.

This is not another guru's playbook. It is a named, measured method — the SimFi Instructional Model — with a published, auditable backbone. Its macro arc, THE Flight School, moves you from briefing to cleared the way aviation has trained for a century; the rep is its engine.

Taught by named faculty, built to be put before peer review, and held to a standard a hedge-fund desk or a business-school researcher would recognize.

The SimFi™ Trader Score is independent by design, so academics can validate it and professionals can trust it.

  • We built a field of study.

Where You Start

It begins at SimFi 100.

Everyone starts on the same on-ramp — the 100-Level: eleven SimFi 100 courses, taken in order, because skill stacks and you can't skip a floor.

You don't need to want a credential. You don't even need to believe you need this. You just need to stop being one of the seven in ten — and the 100-Level opens your eyes to the market you were about to bet on, before you bet on it.

The Curriculum

11 courses, three strands, built in order — from how the market really works to how you hold under fire.
