We need the instructional design held to your field's own bar: constructive alignment from outcome to artifact to rubric to lesson; mastery staging and feedback aimed at process rather than praise; cognitive load and accessible design so the teaching reaches an adult beginner; and the honest question of whether any of it actually transfers.
